What’s Inside This Template

This invoice template includes all the sections a professional invoice needs:

How to Use This Template

Step 1 — Download and open

Click the download button above and open the file in Microsoft Word 2016 or later.

Step 2 — Add your business details

Replace “YOUR COMPANY NAME” in the header with your business name and contact information.

Step 3 — Fill in the client information

Update the Bill To section with your client’s name, company, and address.

Step 4 — Update the invoice details

Change the invoice number, invoice date, and due date. Update payment terms if needed (default is Net 30).

Step 5 — Add your line items

Replace the sample services with your own. Add or delete rows as needed.

Step 6 — Save and send

Save as a new file (File → Save As) to keep the original template intact. Export to PDF before sending to your client.

Yes. Click on the company name area in the header, then go to Insert and select Pictures to add your logo image. Resize it to fit within the header space.
